Kenneth H. Lukenbill has 45 years of experience representing clients throughout Indiana. An Indianapolis native, Ken began his career as a lawyer trying cases as an Indiana Deputy Attorney General. He moved to Plymouth in 1972 and has been engaged in the general practice of law since. Ken’s clients range from individuals to businesses to multi-generational families. For the past ten years, Ken’s practice has focused mainly on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business representation, guardianships, and real estate and contract matters. He served as counsel to a local school corporation from 1972 until 2008 and as counsel for the Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals from 1985 to present. Ken lives in Plymouth with his wife, Penny, and has practiced law with his son, Adam, since 2007. Active within the community, Ken served four terms on the Plymouth City Council and has been an elder and deacon in the First Presbyterian Church.
